Relations Break Down Between Jewish & Protestant Groups

Relations Break Down Between Jewish & Protestant Groups  – from FRONTPAGEMAG.COM

October 30, 2012 By Major Jewish groups have indignantly cancelled a scheduled interfaith dialogue after Mainline Protestant officials urged Congress to reconsider U.S. military aid to Israel.  The October 5 Protestant letter complained of “widespread Israeli human rights violations against the Palestinians, including killing of civilians, home demolitions and forced displacement, and restrictions on Palestinian movement.” The National Council of Churches, Evangelical Lutheran, Presbyterian Church (USA), United Methodist and United Church of Christ officials (Episcopalians were notably absent) asked Congress to investigate Israeli abuses before granting further aid.  They faulted U.S. military help for “sustaining the conflict and undermining the long-term security interests of both Israelis and Palestinians.”  The Protestant letter did not mention U.S. aid to the Palestinian Authority or to Arab regimes.

“The participation of these leaders in yet another one-sided anti-Israel campaign cannot be viewed apart from the vicious anti-Zionism that has gone virtually unchecked in several of these denominations,” pointedly explained Jewish Council of Public Affairs President Rabbi Steve Gutow. Having “squandered our trust,” he said these churches’ officials have shown a “stony silence to the use of anti-Judaism and relentless attacks on the Jewish state, often from within their own ranks,” which “speaks loudly to their failure to stand up and speak the whole truth about what is occurring in the Middle East.”

Previously Jewish groups have largely confined their public concerns about Mainline Protestant bias against Israel to anti-Israel divestment initiatives by the churches.  This Summer the United Methodists and Presbyterian Church (USA) both rejected divestment, the Presbyterians only very narrowly.  But fierce denunciation of Israel, and mostly silence about human rights abuses nearly everywhere else, have characterized official Mainline Protestantism for about 30 years.  Once pro-Israel, Mainline Protestant elites in the 1970s succumbed to a Liberation Theology perspective that portrayed Palestinians as Third World victims and Israel as colonialist oppressor.

“While we remain committed to continuing our dialogue and our collaboration on the many issues of common concern, the letter represents an escalation in activity that the Jewish participants feel precludes a business-as-usual approach,” the Jewish groups publicly complained as they withdrew from a Christian-Jewish Roundtable set for late October.  The dialogue began in 2004 to ease interfaith tensions as Mainline Protestants first pondered anti-Israel divestment.

The protesting Jewish groups were the American Jewish Committee (AJC), B’nai B’rith International (BBI), Central Conference of American Rabbis (CCAR), Jewish Council for Public Affairs (JCPA), Rabbinical Assembly (RA), Union for Reform Judaism (URJ), and

United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism (USCJ).

“The [Protestant] letter could also have highlighted the relentless attacks on Christians throughout the Middle East, including the brutal oppression of Coptic Christians or just as easily have called for a suspension of aid to Palestinians until the Palestinian Authority take steps such as returning to the negotiating table,” observed one JCPA official.  “That would have been equally unhelpful but might have mitigated the obvious conclusion that the signatories bear a deep and singular antipathy for Israel.”

Typically official Mainline Protestant pronouncements have exclusively faulted Israel for the absence of Mideast peace.  “Our churches are equally concerned about the well-being of Israelis and Palestinians, and are concerned about the massive amounts of U.S. military aid for Israel, and how those funds are used to perpetuate occupation,” a United Church of Christ official told Haaretz, an Israeli publication.  A JCPA official pointed out to The New York Times that Mainline Protestant pronouncements often brand Israel an “Apartheid state.”

“We asked Congress to treat Israel like it would any other country,” the Stated Clerk of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) told Haaretz, “to make sure our military aid is going to a country espousing the values we would as Americans — that it’s not being used to continually violate the human rights of other people.” But neither his denomination nor the other Mainline Protestants typically if ever offer critique of any governments other than Israel, much less the Palestinians.  “Where’s the letter to Congress about Syria, which is massacring its own people?” asked an official with the United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, as quoted in The Times.  “When Israel is the only one that is called to account, that’s when it becomes problematic.”

But the Presbyterian official fairly pointed out that he was representing the official statements of his denomination as approved by its biannual General Assembly.  The German-based United Methodist bishop who signed the letter made the same point, quoting the copious resolutions her denomination has approved aimed at Israel.  “We stand clearly on the side of Israel and we are committed to human rights for all God’s people,” insisted Bishop Rosemarie Wenner, president of the Council of Bishops.  “We are ready to continue the dialogue with Jewish faith groups,” she added.  “And we will also continue to express publicly our desire for peaceful solutions for the conflict in the Middle East.”

The protesting Jewish groups have requested a “summit” with Mainline Protestant officials to help heal the rift.  Likely it will occur.  And just as likely it will not significantly alter the anti-Israel reflexes of Mainline Protestant elites.  Jewish groups rightly challenge biased Mainline Protestant officials.  But they should remember that the Mainline has become culturally sideline though often giving political cover to dubious political causes.  And liberal church elites don’t speak for most church members.  A Pew poll last year showed Mainline Protestants sympathizing with Israel over Palestinians by 46% to 12%.

Update from Gene & LaVada…

“And the Lord spoke to Moses, saying, “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘The feasts of the Lord, which you shall proclaim to be holy convocations, these are My feasts.  ‘Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, a holy convocation. You shall do no work on it; it is the Sabbath of the Lord in all your dwellings. ‘These are the feasts of the Lord, holy convocations which you shall proclaim at their appointed times. … “Speak to the children of Israel, saying: ‘The fifteenth day of this seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles for seven days to the Lord.  … You shall keep it as a feast to the Lord for seven days in the year.  … It shall be a statute forever in your generations.”
–Leviticus 23:1-4, 34 & 41a  (Emphasis is ours.)

Feast of Tabernacles (Sukkot) on the Blanco River

What a wonderful week of celebration we had here at the Triesch Place on the Blanco River, celebrating the biblical festival (the “appointed time”) of Sukkot.  This feast commemorates the time that the Israelites spent living in temporary dwellings…tents or “booths”…after God brought them out of Egyptian bondage.  The Hebrew word is “sukkah” (singular) and sukkot (plural).  The God of Abraham, Isaac & Jacob did not want His people to forget all that He taught them … so , how do we learn?

Shabbat Night Live on the Blanco River! We learn by doing…and doing…and doing over and over every year!  🙂  We teach our children…or, we are supposed to teach our children, year in and year out, all the instructions for living ( the Torah), that God gave to Moses at Mt. Sinai!!

It’s interesting that these Feasts are “His” Feasts… NOT Moses’ Feasts, or the Jews’ Feasts.  They are the “Feasts of the LORD” and they are to be celebrated forever. We are reminded in many places in the Bible that God does not change His mind….that He is the same yesterday, today and forever.
In 1 Samuel 15:29, it says, “He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a man, that he should change his mind.”   Hmmmmmm….so, how did we get the idea that what He said about His Feasts and the Sabbath Day being “forever” had, indeed, changed??

Well, let us tell you what a blessing it is to celebrate His Feasts and His Sabbath Day that He made for us!  We started with four families pitching their tents and setting up their camping trailers down at our patio under the oak trees by the river.  And a fifth family joined us on the last Saturday night!  Every family member had his job to do and, before you knew it, all the cooking and serving tables were set up, the sukkah (pop up tents) was set up and branches of willow and river bamboo were neatly placed on top, lights were strung up all around, and it was all ready for Sukkot!!

Sukkot 2012

We had devotionals in the early mornings, daily teachings in the mid-morning by video from Pastor Mark Biltz, via DVD from God’s Learning Channel in the Upper Room (upstairs over the garage)… lunch and dinner ‘on the ground’ in the Sukkah!  There was a “movie night” when we watched the delightful film, Ushpazin, from Israel…a story depicting the modern day celebration of Sukkot in Israel.  There were daily non-stop basketball and other games, plus, a wonderful campfire to gather around at night and swap stories while roasting ‘kosher’ marshmallows!!  🙂

Our Fellowship Group hosted a lovely Erev Shabbat Dinner on Friday evening with invited guests from the community.  We called it Shabbat Night Live on the Blanco River!  Starting with the lighting of the Shabbat candles, the blessing, then after dinner, blessings ‘under the Tallit’ (prayer shawl) of all the wives, sons and daughters…  A short video was then shown of Jim Staley’s trailer for his new video teaching, God’s Prophetic Calendar, and A Jew Born Anew, an interview of Marty Goetz on The Crossover Project‘s TV Show… Wonderful Davidic Dance was performed by all the young ladies of our group to the music of Howie & Aline of Mishkanim, their song, Returning, and Paul Wilbur’s Come Let Us Go Up to the Mountain.  Very inspiring, indeed!!  The night was capped off with wonderful praise songs led by some of our neighbors and some of our group… Special thanks go out to Jim & Barb Geistfeld for getting us started with a rousing rendition of “Rock-a My Soul in the Bosom of Abraham”…then Lawrence & Patty Coffee’s unique gospel sounds of old traditional hymns, John Lightfoot’s Spirit-filled praises & prayers, and the inspirational songs of J.J. Heller offered up by our granddaughter, Victoria Celestine, and our own “Wimberley Hillbillies,” the Edwards family, plus Chris Carroll!!

The week was finally topped off Sunday morning with a teaching by Jean-Claude Chevalme, “LIVE” from Las Vegas, in the “Upper Room” via Skype!  We all enjoyed almost 2 hours of teaching on The Spirit of Unity or the Unity of the Spirit, which included a lot of Q&A!  You can find Jean-Claude on his website or at GLC (see link above).  He has a regular program you can watch there.  Click here.

What a joy-filled week we had!  Just what our Father wanted for us!  I will try to post some more pictures soon.

We were blessed to be asked to sing at Immanuel Baptist Church earlier this month in Kyle, TX, and also enjoyed a visit over at the Wimberley Gospel Music Festival seeing several of our  South Texas Gospel Music friends.  There will be a STGMA Gaither-Style Gospel Music Concert on October 27, at Kirby Baptist Church, in San Antonio, from 1 pm to 5 pm.  Hope you can join us for that event.   And we will also be looking forward to seeing all the good folks at Llano Cowboy Church October 21.

We love you all!  Thank you for being our friends!!  Please keep in touch!

Shalom and blessings,

Gene and LaVada

DID GOD REJECT JEWS AND ISRAEL?

What is replacement theology & why is it flawed, and even dangerous?

Posted: September 20, 2012 in Uncategorized

Joel Rosenberg’s Blog – Tracking events and trends in Israel, Russia and the epicenter

Panel on “Replacement Theology” at the 2012 Epicenter Conference with (left to right) Joel Rosenberg, Pastor Skip Heitzig, Dr. Michael Rydelnik, and Dr. Michael Vlach.

Today, unfortunately, there are millions of people who believe that God has rejected Israel and the Jewish people. Some don’t believe the Old Testament Scriptures ever indicated that God sovereignly chose Israel to bless her, and chose to make her a blessing to all the families of the earth, and that He also sovereignly promised to give the Jewish people the land of Israel as an “everlasting possession.” Others believe that yes, the Old Testament made those promises, but that the New Testament changed or modified or even abrogated those promises. Such views are known as “Replacement Theology,” or “supercessionism,” or sometimes as “fulfillment theology.”

Tragically, such thinking among church leaders in Germany in the early 1900s created a poisonous, anti-Semitic environment which Adolf Hitler latched onto, rode to power, and then manipulated for the “Final Solution” and the murder of six million Jews during the Holocaust. Replacement theology won’t necessarily lead to genocide. But it can, and it has. Not all who hold various forms of Replacement Theology are anti-Semitic. Some are just misinformed or misguided. And misguided bad theology can lead to misguided actions.

At The Joshua Fund’s 2012 Epicenter Conference, we invited some of the world’s foremost Bible scholars and theologians in these areas to walk us through these sensitive and controversial issues. I’m so grateful to report that not only did they do a brilliant job, they also communicated in a way that was easy — even enjoyable — to understand. Here are links to three important videos from the conference on these issues. I hope you find them helpful and will pass them along to others to watch and consider, as well.

>> All the messages from the 2012 Epicenter Conference are now posted online at www.epicenterconference.com. Watch them on demand, any time, day or night, for free. You can also download an Epicenter Conference mobile app to watch or listen to the messages on your iPhone or Droid for free.

Struggle for the Scrolls

“I help Jews because the very heart of my own education, of my faith, is a love for Judaism,” says Canon White. “I don’t see how I can be a Christian without knowing my Jewish roots, and without loving them.”

This article comes to us from Aish.com

Iraq is hiding 365 Torah scrolls. Can they be rescued from further damage before it’s too late?

Struggle for the Scrolls

by Ari Werth

Where can you find the largest collection of Torah scrolls? At the Western Wall in Jerusalem? No. At the Center for Jewish History in New York? Not there. The answer is the Iraq Museum in Baghdad. But don’t look for the exhibit. An exclusive investigation reveals 365 scrolls are deteriorating in a secret sub-terrain location.

After several years of silence, an unlikely hero is going public with his first-hand knowledge about the hidden scrolls. It may be the last chance to save them.

He’s called the Vicar of Baghdad.

Andrew White is an Anglican priest risking his life helping Christians in Iraq. Even more dangerous, however, is what he volunteers to do – protecting the last few Iraqi Jews.

“I help Jews because the very heart of my own education, of my faith, is a love for Judaism,” says Canon White. “I don’t see how I can be a Christian without knowing my Jewish roots, and without loving them.”

The secret stash has an unlikely savior: an Anglican priest, whose nickname is the Vicar of Baghdad.

Canon White juggles life in two very different worlds. In his hometown of London, he’s focused on his family; in Baghdad, he’s occupied with his congregation. In the UK, he dons a bright bow tie. In Iraq, he wears a sand-colored bulletproof vest. In London, he’s followed by two sons. In Baghdad, he’s flanked by bodyguards.

In both worlds, Canon White is a promoter of Judaism.

After Saddam’s regime collapsed, he swung into action. “I organized the first-ever Passover Seder in Saddam’s palace,” he recalled. “We had 89 Jews from the U.S. military and embassy. Glatt kosher food was flown in from America. The only thing missing was a Jewish child to ask the Four Questions, but they all sang ‘Dayenu’ anyway.”

The Secret in the Basement

Another thing happened as a result of Saddam’s demise. Iraqi mobs looted his crown jewel of culture, the national museum. The majestic Iraq Museum is still on Nasir Street but it’s under new management – the elected Iraqi government. A museum director, Dr. Donny George, was appointed to restore the museum in 2005.

Damaged Torah scroll in Baghdad

Soon after, Canon White was invited for a private tour.

Dr. George and Canon White strolled through the grand halls. Eventually the priest was led down to the basement level. Dr. George opened the heavy doors of a vault.

Canon White couldn’t believe what he was looking it – rows and rows of Torah scrolls.

“There are 365 of them,” declared Dr. George.

Canon White’s surprise turned into horror. “The Torah scrolls were all at risk. Rats were eating some of the parchment. They were not properly preserved or displayed, just stacked up on the dirty floors,” he says.

He asked Dr. George to get the scrolls off the ground to deter the rats. Whether this was done is not known. “The museum had no regard for the importance of the Torah scrolls,” he says.

Canon White wanted to rescue them, but he decided to try to obtain just one. He had a destination in mind.

“Can I bring a Torah to Ezekiel’s grave?” he asked the museum director. “The synagogue there needs one.”

“No, we can’t let you take any because we need to translate each one,” replied Dr. George.

Canon White held back from laughing at Dr. George. “He didn’t even realize that each scroll was the same!”

A Priest Goes to Yeshiva

Canon White is not only concerned about the physical safety of the scrolls; he is also dedicated to what’s written on them.

“The thing that I really respect about how Jews live is that God is in everything. If you’re really Orthodox, God is not removed from anything. From the bathroom to the bracha [blessing] you make afterwards, you bless Him and you thank Him. Every time you say ‘Baruch ata Hashem,’ you are showing that you believe that He is the King of the Universe!”

He pauses. “Do I sound frum?”

Yes, he does. Canon White learned the lingo as the first non-Jewish student at the Karlin yeshiva in Jerusalem. A rabbi there permitted him to get a taste of Jewish learning.

He has grown from a student of Judaism into a teacher of it. He offers a weekly course about Judaism to Christians in Baghdad.

“The Iraqi Christians who come to my class are shocked,” says Canon White.

“They say that nobody has ever told them about Judaism before. It’s hard for them to accept that they’ve been told lies.

None of the young Iraqis have heard about the Holocaust. They don’t know how Christians have persecuted Jews.”

Ignorance, as Canon White calls it, prompted him to write a book about the Jewish roots of Christianity. He shared the newly finished manuscript . It describes several fundamental concepts and practices of Torah observance.

“There is nothing more inspiring than ‘Shema Yisrael,’” he writes in the upcoming book. “I say it every morning and every night. I taught my little boys to say ‘Shema’ before they go to sleep.” He’s planning on translating the book into Arabic. “The Muslims need to know that our faiths come out of Judaism and that therefore the Jews are our brothers, not our enemies. We need to learn from and love our older brother.”

Republican platform committee’s ‘two-state’ language on Israel’s land, influenced by Netanyahu, Cantor and AIPAC

Former Senator Jim Talent (R-MO) quoted Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to demonstrate that the original platform language was consistent with the Israeli position. However, earlier this year in January, the Republican National Committee adopted a resolution that some read as repudiating a two-state solution. Although, an RNC spokesman stressed that the resolution did not represent the party’s position and that all that mattered was the party’s platform.

Last Tuesday, Jewish Congressman Eric Cantor (R-VA) and AIPAC, the largest conservative Jewish lobby, pushed for a “two-state” position to be included in the Republican platform. It was approved by vote and is now awaiting formal approval at the Republican Convention.

Romney, Netanyahu, and Cantor were given personal copies of “Eye to Eye – Facing the Consequences of Dividing Israel.” They have been told of Israel’s biblical rights to all of Judea and Samaria and the consequences of dividing Israel. However, they have chosen the world view and not the biblical.

Republican convention faces Isaac threat to Gulf Coast

US Republicans are to open their national convention as they prepare to formally nominate Mitt Romney as Barack Obama’s White House challenger.

But Monday’s events in Tampa, Florida have all been cancelled amid concern over the path of Tropical Storm Isaac.

The storm will miss Tampa, but is set to hit the Gulf coast while the rejigged convention is in full swing.

Concern remains that the storm could overshadow key speeches by Mr Romney and running mate Paul Ryan.

Isaac crossing Gulf with New Orleans in crosshairs

Tropical Storm Isaac targeted a broad swath of the Gulf Coast on Monday and had New Orleans in its crosshairs, bearing down just ahead of the seventh anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.

Bringing the Jews of India home

“I will bring your descendants from the East.” Isaiah 43:5-7

Coming Home!

“I will bring your descendants from the East.” Isaiah 43:5-7

For hundreds of families in northeast India, the news could not have been more exciting!

After spending several years in limbo, members of the Bnei Menashe tribe were recently informed that Israeli authorities are ready to allow aliyah flights for their community. The first planeload is expected to arrive in Israel by September and the International Christian Embassy Jerusalem will have the privilege of sponsoring this initial flight.

The Bnei Menashe, meaning “Sons of Manasseh” , claim descent from one of the Lost Ten Tribes of Israel, who were sent into exile by the Assyrian Empire more than 27 centuries ago. Their ancestors wandered for centuries along the Silk Road through Central Asia and the Far East, before settling in what is now northeast India, along the border with Burma and Bangladesh.

Throughout their sojourn in exile the Bnei Menashe continued to practice Judaism, including observing the Sabbath, keeping kosher, celebrating the festivals, and following the laws of family purity. And they continued to dream of one day returning to the Land of Israel.

Rediscovered in modern times, the Bnei Menashe were officially recognised by Israel’s Chief Rabbinate as having Jewish ancestry in 2005. Some 1,700 Bnei Menashe were then able to make the journey back to Israel, but their aliyah has been suspended since 2007.

The remaining 7,200 members of the community have thus been living the past five years in uncertainty about their future. But their main advocate, Michael Freund, has now managed to persuade Israeli officials to continue their aliyah. The first plane of 270 Bnei Menashe is expected to arrive in September, just in time for the start of the new school year.

This first wave of 50 Bnei Menashe families will likely be followed by another flight in time for Hanukkah in December.

“The return of this lost tribe to Zion more than 2,700 years after their ancestors were exiled by the Assyrian empire is nothing less than a miracle”, said Freund.

US Congressman Walsh spearheads initiative to recognize Levy report

ISRAEL HAYOM  –  Newsletter Monday July 23, 2012

Tea party Republican Joe Walsh has begun obtaining signatures for a new initiative to have Congress recognize the Levy report, which concludes that Israel is not occupying Judea and Samaria • MK Danny Danon in Washington last week: Support for report will resolve obstacles in the way of settlement enterprise.

Will the U.S. Congress decide to recognize Edmond Levy’s reports on settlements, even as the government of Israel has yet to decide what to do with the controversial report? The chances are slim, but Israeli MK Danny Danon (Likud) says that a new congressional initiative, spearheaded by controversial tea party-backed freshman Rep. Joe Walsh (R-Ill.), is aimed at getting Congress to recognize a report written by retired Israeli Supreme Court Judge Levy, which argues that Israel cannot be seen as an occupying power in Judea and Samaria.

The report was written by a committee headed by Levy and included retired Tel Aviv District Court Judge Tchia Shapira and former Foreign Ministry legal adviser Alan Baker. Its main premise is that, under international law, Israel is not an occupying force in Judea and Samaria.

The Republican congressman, who introduced a resolution late last year supporting a proposal that Israel annex Jewish communities in the West Bank and has gone on record as saying that he supports a one-state solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, has already started obtaining signatures from dozens of members of Congress in recent days, according to Danon.

“There is no such thing as a two-state solution, and no such thing as land for peace. The ultimate peace is going to come through annexation, through Israel having sovereignty over the whole land, from the Mediterranean to Jordan,” Walsh has said.

In an editorial for The Washington Times, Walsh wrote, ” Those Palestinians who wish to may leave their Fatah- and Hamas-created slums and move to the original Palestinian state: Jordan. The British Mandate for Palestine created Jordan as the country for the Palestinians. That is the only justification for its creation. Even now, 75 percent of its population is of Palestinian descent. Those Palestinians who remain behind in Israel will maintain limited voting power but will be awarded all the economic and civil rights of Israeli citizens. They will be free to raise families, start businesses and live in peace, all of which are impossible under current Arab rule.”

Walsh also wants to cut off aid to Egypt unless the country’s new president renounces his call to renegotiate the Camp David Accords.

During a conference in Washington last week, MK Danny Danon (Likud) presented Levy’s report to a group of some congressmen.

Danon said at the conference, “With U.S. support [of the Levy report], we will be able to apply Israeli sovereignty over Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria and resolve the legal obstacles that stand in the way of extensive construction and development of the settlement enterprise.”

Danon added that “the Levy report emphasizes, to the people of Israel and to the entire world, the right of the State of Israel over Judea and Samaria.”

Earlier this month, the U.S. State Department announced that, “we’ve seen the reports that an Israeli government-appointed panel has recommended legalizing dozens of Israeli settlements in the West Bank, but we do not accept the legitimacy of continued Israeli settlement activity and we oppose any effort to legalize settlement outposts.”

Israeli Settlements: Not Just Legal, But Necessary

Posted by Steven Plaut Bio ↓ on FrontPageMag  Jul 12th, 2012

A fascinating development this week in Israel was the release of the report of a governmental commission, whose assignment was to define the legal status of the “occupied territories” for purposes of government policy.  The commission was headed by Edmund Levy, an interesting Supreme Court Judge and one of the only ones who is not a judicial activist leftist.

The Obama people are upset with the report – an indication of how good it is – and Israel’s moonbat Left is positively wetting itself in anguish.  The synopsis of the report itself can be read in English here.

Basically the report says that the West Bank – Judea and Samaria – are not occupied territories at all but, at most, disputed territories, something like the US-Canadian border areas were during parts of North American history.  As such, there is no reason why Israel cannot build there and even seize land there under eminent domain.  There is nothing in international law that would make settlements “illegal.”   And these should thus be proclaimed by Israel as completely legal.  Whether or not Israel should build settlements then becomes a matter of Israeli interests and policy, not legal obstacles.

Here in brief is the case for Jewish settlements in the West Bank:

  • It is in Israel’s acute national interest to prevent the West Bank from serving as a terrorist base, from which rockets, mortars and possibly weapons of mass destruction would be launched at Israel. Life in Israel would be impossible with the West Bank serving as a “Palestinian State,” basically a clone of Hamastan in Gaza. It is thus critical to do everything to prevent that from happening.
